  • When the product reaches the designated position, the dispensing device dispenses a precise amount of glue onto the item.
  • The image of the dispensed glue amount on each item is captured by the visual system (camera). The image processing software analyzes these images to check the quantity, location and any defects.
  • The operator can monitor and control the PLC system through the human-machine interface (HMI) to control the dispensing and inspection process
  • If the visual inspection device detects any problems, the control system can adjust the dispensing process in real time or trigger an alarm so that the operator can intervene.
